Australian Honey Cellars provides straight-line honey sourced from an individual plant to provide distinctive-flavoured honey. It is not heat-treated and is extracted in the heart of NSW at Harden-Murrumburrah.We have over 200 hives and 30 different varieties and we continually strive to provide new and interesting flavours.
