Who doesn’t love great street food?! The tastes and aromas are so inviting. If you’ve visited us over the past month you may have seen (or at least smelled) our new street food area, The Slab. If you haven’t been yet…get in for a taste. The Slab will have a constant rotating stream of street food offerings with new flavour sensations being introduced all the time. Joining us in October, we have Hossam Khalil from The Egyptian Grill. He’ll have lamb and beef kababs, chicken and beef shawarma and kofta on offer. Also getting ready for an October introduction is Pink Pham from East Street Canberra. Pink is currently finalising her superb Asian menu and promises some light and flavourful dishes to serve from The Slab. Add to this the mix of regulars with scrumptious German sausages, the freshest lightly toasted sandwiches and contemporary Thai from Mork’s and you’ve got Canberra’s street food at its best.
