Have you visited our new pop up street food area The Slab yet?  If not, here’s one more good reason you should.

Pink Pham from East Street Canberra popped up at the Slab last month with her fresh and tasty Asian inspired dishes. The dishes are light and feature Vietnamese and South East Asian flavours. Pink will be regularly changing the menu in keeping with the seasons at The Slab, but to get started she’s offering a Vietnamese Noodle Salad – tasty BBQ meat/tofu mix with vermicelli noodles and fresh Asian herbs, dressed in Vietnamese sweet and tangy dressing, and Mini Vietnamese Pancakes – soft and crunchy bite sized pancake pieces made of rice flour, chives, prawn, pork (meat optional), with a sprinkle of fresh herbs and pork crackling. And they’re at really great prices too.
