As autumn cools, we hope you had a fun time listening to the scintillating sounds of Yhan Leal who rocked the markets earlier in March. We were also graced by performing artist Kevin Laso who dropped by to promote his first album and we’re thrilled to have him back again.

This April we anticipate to sway to the ebb and flow of modern jazz and rock classics brought to us by the talented duo of Lambert & Co on the first and last week of the month. Also at the end of the month, singer-songwriter James Bennett is scheduled to make a stop at the markets as part of his Australian Tour. James has been dazzling audiences along the East Coast for over seven years and we’re very excited to have him on.

Lambert & Co

Lambert & Co presents a guitars-only line-up, performing in both solo and duo mode, combining the sounds of modern jazz and Sixties rock classics, including some original material. Martin often invites different guitarist colleagues to perform at various gigs. Col Bernau and Phil Esau currently provide expertise on jazz guitar. See their Facebook page to find out more.

James Bennett

James Bennett is an alternative roots and folk artist who’s no stranger to performing live. As a singer-songwriter, he’s been accused of crafting songs that get stuck in your head without overstaying their welcome. Listen to his music on Spotify and see his tour dates on his website.

Swing Katz

Swing Katz is happy to flaunt a touch of vintage flavour as they bring the music, dance, and style of the 1920’s all the way to the present. This swing dance group enjoys putting on their dancing shoes and meeting new friends in a fun, no pressure environment. Group and private classes are offered. See their website for more details.
