Autumn is here and it’s a great time for a change in wardrobe as the weather cools off. How about a lovely long-lined, soft-draping sleeveless coat from Sonia at Silk ‘n’ Things? Specialising in combining lots of different fabrics to create one-of-a-kind garments, Sonia has just released her Autumn/Winter range in a gorgeous colour palette.

For the cooler months Sonia makes her garments mainly using fine merino knit blended with a mix of other fabrics. The sleeveless coats are available now in primarily muddy colours including mustard, dirty mauve, olive green and dirty red, blended mainly with black, white and grey. Each garment is unique, and all feature recycled black buttons which are used to weight and accentuate the garment.  Sonia has been at the markets since a few weeks after they first opened back in 1994, and has her beautiful women’s clothing for sale on most Sundays of the year.
