It’s proven. Fresh is best. When it comes to the best foods for your body, the best idea is to ditch all packets and focus your eating habits on fresh fruit and veg. Our markets food area has some lovely fresh food for you each Sunday. Like the selection of fresh fruit and vegetables available from Rowan Farm Berries. Bill Gauld from Rowan Farm has been coming to the markets for the last 19 years with a great selection of berries including strawberries year-round, and blueberries, blackberries, raspberries and boysenberries when in season. He has also introduced a mixed fruit and vegetable stand each Sunday with lots of seasonal produce on offer. Throughout July the mix includes navel oranges, pink lady apples, imperial mandarins, corella pears, potatoes, tomatoes, capsicum, lettuce and broccoli. All produce is grown in regional NSW, with the variety changing from week to week.
