Who doesn’t love all things retro? Loving the originals or copies of the designs, styles and fashions from the past is proving to be quite popular, and it’s not just the hipsters of today loving retro. At Retro Depot in April on Sunday 17 April you’ll celebrate all things retro cool, and probably bag yourself some real treats while you’re at it.

At our popular theme day you can browse fashion, homewares, furniture, jewellery and accessories …and NEW this time around is Pink Flamingo Interiors. Kingston local interior decorator, Christine Pearce, started her interior styling and decorating business around 18 months ago and will bring her fabulously fun range of soft furnishings, upcycled furniture and smaller home decorative items to Retro Depot. Christine assures us there will be lots of bright vinyls, plenty of animal prints like cow hide and giraffe print and vibrant colours on lots of retro cushions, throws, lamp shades, bar stools, swivel chairs, floor lamps and more.  Christine also consults on home styling, so feel free to have a chat with her at Retro Depot about decorative suggestions, sourcing special pieces and refreshing furnishings in your own home.

Pink Flamingo Interiors will be easy to spot – just look for the zebra print chairs and flamingos lazing on the astro turf under the banana palm tree. Oh how retro!
